Good Morning!! 10 things you can do to sharpen your mind and ultimately improve your brains activity.

1. Meditation
2. Reading one book a week/Doing puzzles/games (example Sudoku)
3. Eating smarter -example Blue berries, nuts.
4. Exercise – walking 15 minutes goes along way.
5. Sleep – 6-8 hours sleep)
6. Laughter – reduces stress and removes brain fog.
7. Train your mind – example go to it’s a brain boot camp and it’s free!
8. Memorize one phone number a week from your cell phone contacts. Don’t just push the button.
9. Have fun!!! start a new hobbie, socialize, Dancing, smile more and play golf (sorry golf is mine lol)
10. Staying hydrated – Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
