How To Manage Stress

There are many ways to relieve stress. I use to deal with stress on a daily basis and I suffered from having anxiety symptom and depression symptoms all at the same time. It’s not easy but there are ways of controlling it. One of my problems was my consent worrying for every little thing, that was very difficult to handle especially when I’ve been doing it all my life. These are 2 exercises that help me reduce stress and enjoy life a little better.

1.  Meditation Music   Go to and search for relaxing music or meditation music. You can start by waking up 30 minutes earlier than normal. Do it in the mornings preferably. Get your headphones, close your eyes and start listening to some relaxing music. This has helped me tremendously. By the way I’m listening to music right now while I’m typing this. You can also listen to music while your on Facebook, twitter or instagram. Try it out!!

2.  Start a exercise routine  I don’t know about you but I hate exercising. I hope my wife doesn’t read this because fitness is her passion lol. Exercising is not my favorite thing to do, but I push myself to do it. You don’t have to exercise every day. I go to the 24hourftiness  at least twice a week. One of the key things I do that has made a positive difference in my life is the steam room. It cleans out your pours and removes all the toxins in your body, plus it makes me feel better. You can always start exercising at home. Try 5 minutes a day to start. Do 10 pushes and 10 sit ups to get the heart rate going. Doing something different in your daily routine and getting out of the comfort zone is a huge positive momentum shift.  Try it out!

You have to start somewhere. You don’t have to change your whole life routine to feel better. You can start adding little things to your current routine. This is one of my favorite quotes and it applies to everything. “ the impossible can always be broken down into possibilities”
