What time do you wake up? Normally we all wake up at a certain time every morning. It all depends what kind of schedule we have. I started a morning ritual years back and I wanted to share my experience with you. I use to wake up every morning at 6:45 AM to go to work. I was always in a hurry still half asleep not prepared for what my job had waiting for me. So I made a conscious decision to wake up earlier and it has improve my life immensely.
Now I wake up around 5:15 AM I listen to positive videos on youtube some our motivational videos and some are affirmation videos. I do this for about 15-20 minutes. Twice I week I meditate for 15 minutes. You don’t have to meditate for 45 minutes or 1 hr. You can do 10-15 minutes no problem. Twice a week I read a couple of chapters of the book I’m currently reading. My goal is to read one book a week. Early in the morning before anyone wakes up is key to success. After my morning ritual I take my shower eat breakfast and go to work. By this time my mind is prepared and ready for anything that is thrown my way. Doing a morning ritual makes a huge difference in your daily life. It doesn’t have to be the same as mine you can always modify it to your schedule. It’s not easy if it was easy everyone would do it.
